There exists a way of being that can embrace all the joys and sorrows that come to us, a way so deep that nothing can change it. It's this infinite well of calm that fuels lasting fulfillment and boundless contentment.
Understanding the science of happiness is like diving into the science of YOU. Jean-Jacques Rousseau said that, "Every man wants to be happy, but in order to be so he needs first to understand what happiness is." Is it a fleeting moment? A memory of time past? A distant wish in the future? Is it the achievement of a goal? Or finding luck in love? Is it a skill that can be learned? As a society are we so sick of the word "happiness" that we have given up on it, turned of by the illusions culture, media and society have placed on it's importance?
What if it's more than just an enduring condition, dependent on circumstances of the conditions of our life and the world around us? That's the experiment we invite you to join.
