What is your favorite ice-cream? Stewarts Chocolate Peanut Cup and I can only get it when I go home to visit my family in NY. Nothing compares. Big, huge chunks of frozen peanut butter… omg.

Where is Your Guru? Most recently, my Guru has come together in the form of an amazing collective of women who are the luminaries in the Spiritual Feminist online gathering. They are such a diverse, beautiful representation of the many faces of the yogini and an infinite source of wisdom on my spiritual journey.
What do you believe is your deepest driving truth? My deepest driving truth is that love is at the center of all that I do. I know if I come from a place of love, I can never go wrong.
What is your favorite ice-cream? Oddly enough, Stewarts chocolate peanut butter cup! I’ve never known anyone else who even knew what that was, nonetheless claim is as their favorite. That’s when I knew Jess and I were meant to be 🙂

Where is Your Guru? My guru would have to be Fang, he’s my oldest friend, the center of my heart and my ever observant teacher. He’s my German Shepard Dog.
What do you believe is your deepest driving truth? My deepest driving truth is to be living art on the inside and out, and to make it beautiful. That encompasses being healthy, working with wisdom, and focusing on gentleness. Some moments are easier than others, but as long as I have a few laughs along the way, it’s going to be a good ride.
What is your favorite ice-cream? Favorite ice-cream? It’s a toss up between mint chocolate chip and red velvet cake….oh wait, then there’s birthday cake – All three.
